1 package MYBREAD® Baguettes
2 cloves garlic, not peeled
Cut bread in half lengthwise.
Brush cut side of bread lightly with olive oil.
Grill bread, turning a few times, until cut surfaces are golden brown.
Remove bread and move to a working surface.
Grab a garlic clove and rub lightly on the surface of the bread until it is well scented (the papery garlic skin will come off).
Brush bread again with olive oil.
Toast bread again using your grill.
Remove and sprinkle with a little bit of salt.
