2 MYBREAD® baguettes
3 cups fresh or frozen berries
8 large eggs
2 cups half-and-half or whole milk
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup brown sugar (for topping)
2 sticks butter
Slice each baguettes into approximately 1 inch slices or cubes.
Place bread in a well-greased 9"x13" pan (overlapping is okay).
Whisk eggs, half-and-half or milk, sugar, vanilla, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
Pour mixture over the bread.
Cover the pan with foil and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning...
Mix melted butter and the brown sugar.
Pour the topping evenly over the casserole and top with the berries.
Bake at 375 F for approximately 45 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
Dust with powdered sugar.
Serve with maple syrup.
